How do I return an item?

Shoe & Belt Return Policy

Our Return Policy in short for Shoes and Belts:

  • Contact Paul Parkman ® before returning any items.
  • You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new condition.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
  • Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Paul Parkman ® and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Paul Parkman will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Shoe & Belt Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Paul Parkman is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for All Other Products

At P-Squared Custom Clothiers our goal is to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with our products.

  • In the event that your order is damaged upon receipt we will accept returns within 14 days of the shipping date and repair or replace the item with another item of equal or lesser value.
  • The item must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the client.
  • P-Squared will cover the costs of shipping the replacement item back to the client.
  • Cash refunds will not be granted unless the item the client receives is not the item ordered.
